Please help, difficult to appeal ban if I can't even join the discord, presumably I'm banned from it due to my BF4DB ban

Yeah, it's not that, I mean like I can't even get into the server, it says, "Cant accept invite" on my main, but allows me to join on an alt with a VPN, which leads me to think I might be banned from the discord because of my BF4DB ban, even though I've never been in the server. My account has a number on it

I can't accept the invite to join the discord? Worked on alt + vpn  but I cant verify with a phone as it's linked to my main.
