Really suspicous, idk if he is hacking or using something but this 2 status was trigered on 247fairplay as really high :/ So i hope you guys can come up with good solution and ban him hopefully otherwise i will have to find a way to squeeze more proof of him.

Normally these would be very suspicious. But this guy is a dedicated, nearly full-time sniper. That skews the numbers a lot. He has 36,000 kills with the L115 (aka L96A1). That's 10x more than his next most used weapon and over 70% of his total kills. So you can't look at the stats summary and compare it to an average BF4 player since you'll be comparing AR's to Sniper rifles. Look at this chart and it looks normal: http://prntscr.com/fmym79

can still be sign of hacks, no evidence that he is clean. All clean players do not have such high K/H and K/HA like that. So something he is using, even saw another player having 7415 K/D which is no way you can get in like 400h or less.Normally these would be very suspicious. I still doubt that, since when I play against him he never misses so I still suspect some cheat.This is normal,

No cheats.Update: actually i take the K/HA one back since i noticed i got around 51% as well now, but K/H is still only 24.66% on me while his is 50-55%.

The guy you are grumbling about is using a sniper rifle. It does about 4x more damage per shot than the assault rifles. So yes, someone using an AR will have to shoot a player many more times, and hence have a much lower K/H ratio, than someone using a sniper rifle.
