The issue is that an cheater had acces to your account, we dont know who it was.
In order to keep the servers clean they have to keep you banned even if you may be innocent..
If you want to complain, do it to those lying cheaters that tried to get unbanned on this way.

The story with your son could be made up.. and it cant be helped by "your son" coming on here to say that he was the one cheating, since it could be staged.I never said ''they never unban'', please read my post correctly. But when I read you ''They have to keep you banned, even if you are innocent'' : So you ban innocent people and it's the real topic and why your site is a joke and travesty of ''justice''. It seems that you don't know the sense of presumption of innocence.
But anyway, my question was (and no answer) : How can I erase ma account and personal informations from here ?

I'm ban without possibly to be unban. I subscrite only to give my arguments which were not taken into account.
So now BF4DB is useless for me. Please again tell me how to erase my account and personal informations from here ?
An BF4DB Dev. will take care of your request, besides you can ask the server owners who run the BF4DB plugin to whitelist you.

If you’d actually read the privacy policy, it told you how to request account deletion.
Email [email protected] with your username and request. Log out of your account prior to emailing and confirm in your email that you have logged out, to prevent issues going forward.
