    Hello,

I come asking out of concern of the possibility of being banned by bf4db for a linked account at some point.

During the early years of BF3 I moved out of my home and had some rough patches where I sold my computer and didn't play for a long time.

Fast forward to about a year and a half ago, I finally stabilized myself and built a new pc. I went to go hop on BF3 and found my account was hijacked in that time. After going thru EA support and recovering my account, I saw I was pbbanned for an aimbot.

I don't doubt that the account was used for hacking, as the name was changed, the server history showed all servers in russia, and the ban info from evenbalance showed a IP originating in russia. I didn't know that pbbans transfer between games, so I bought bf4 and tried to play and was still banned.

I made a new account and bought bf4 again, and have been successfully playing since, reaching max level, but I use bf4db to look up players and see "linked account" as a reason for a ban very often. I feel as if I'm one hackusation away from being linked to a hijacked account from an old game with no way to appeal because I don't have any screengrabs from the EA chat or emails anymore.

Should I be worried about this?

I'm honestly just trying to see if I should be worried about this based on what I laid out above. I'm sure you can understand me not wanting to claim my soldier because as I said, I can't prove that my old account was hijacked, and I don't want to get banned for a linked account because I directed scrutiny for asking if I'm going to get banned.
