    Hello all,

I've come in search of context, support, information in regards to EvenBalance's wonderful anti-cheat system.

A couple years ago, My GUID was globally banned by EB. I've genuinely never cheated in any game so I was a tad surprised and thought maybe I could've been banned for removing the "Wall Lean" string of code in the debug menu in game. I followed all the appropriate steps to put in a support ticket, and have received literally zero response....this was in 2018. I still don't have a reply. Yesterday I put in a new ticket as I am wanting to play BF4 again but have yet to even receive a conformation e-mail.

So I come searching for answers as to why I was banned, anywhere I can. It seems that multiple people across the community are having this issue. I've seen the thread of the "unplayed" account even being banned with 0 kills lol. Albeit, I'm sure EvenBalance is having issues keeping staff as I'm sure these past years haven't been forgiving to them.

Many players are returning to BF4 after years only to find their accounts have been GUID banned by EB and are seemingly unfixable. I recently purchased another copy of BF4 on a totally different system and it too has been GUID banned for for relation to my other account!

PunkBuster MBi shows no data of me cheating (other than the EB External Ban)

BF4DB shows no data of me cheating

    24/7 Fiarplay, no data

    BanZore, no data

    Battlefield Agency, no data

...I think you get my point. I'm not trying to shame any company or community here, I'm just looking for answers as to why probably 1000's of accounts have been false banned by EB. Any help that could shed some light on this subject would be greatly appreciated as I'd at the very least like to know what I was banned for. I cannot get any response from EvenBalance even after nearly 4 years...

    Thanks, Jav.

They won't reply, it's been a long standing problem going back a long long way.  Sadly there is little you can do about it and that account is gone.
