Thx admin for quick answer. In my opinion most of player on russian server using this. Unfortunately spectator mode is blocked on this server. It`s hard to prove it.

ask admin to whitelist you or ask admin to spectate the suspicious ones, maybe u have the chance to clip it, then report the player on his profile.
